abmk is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in Ukraine with offices in Kyiv and Lviv. It specializes in designing and constructing some of the most large-scale and ambitious projects in Ukraine and Europe. Our portfolio includes residential complexes, logistics centers, factories, hospitals, and more.
In my role, which is a highly cross-departmental position, I collaborate closely with HR, project managers, and architects. My key responsibilities include generating creative ideas and developing the company's marketing strategy. I oversee content creation for our website, manage social media channels, handle PR activities, and organize both online and offline events.
Upon joining the company, my primary objective was to develop the employer brand, especially given our rapid growth (currently around 100 employees). Additionally, I aimed to increase brand recognition beyond the niche market of major industry players. While many people are familiar with our projects across the country and internationally, they did not necessarily associate them with abmk.
To address this, we launched a new initiative focused on active media engagement. This has resulted in publications in both specialized (Pragmatika) and nationwide media (Vector, Dia...). Furthermore, I devised a comprehensive social media strategy to transform our channels into coherent communication tools rather than sporadic postings.
To attract new talent, we conduct online and offline interviews, deliver lectures at relevant universities, and organize office tours for students. This multifaceted approach ensures that we not only maintain our industry presence but also position abmk as a leading employer in the architectural and engineering sectors.
